Pets.

The possession of pets involves some behaviour rules on the part of the owners for the pets welfare and the rest of citizens. For that reason some behaviour rules are necessary to be respected for everybody enjoyment, both in public areas or in their homes.

• All dogs must be kept on a leash in public places and they will have to wear a muzzle, obligaroty for specific breeds. Extensible leads allow a freedom of movements without losing control over the animal.
  
• dogs have to make their needs in specific areas for this. Parks have special devices prepared for this. Use the road for these needs. Never let them to do their needs on the pavement and try to bring the means to remove them if need be.
  
• Dogs are not guilty of their acts. A good education will do that they adjust the timetables and places you as the owner indicate them.
  
• Remember a pet Is not a toy. Don't leave them long periods of time in your home. Don't abandon them in the public highway. These acts are punished by Laws and Municipal ordenances. " Ordenance for pets integration in urban society."
